Estimated Shipping Times
United States & Canada: 15–20 business days
EU, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand: 12–18 business days
All Other Countries: 20–25 business days
Orders are shipped internationally, so delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and customs processing.
Important Note
Please note that all estimated shipping times stated are based on normal conditions. From time to time, we experience higher international shipping volumes, especially during the holiday season. Please also note that customs in some countries may take longer to clear and scan incoming packages, which can result in differences in the estimated shipping times stated above.
Order Processing Times
Order processing time must be added to the shipping times to determine the total delivery time. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days and includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Order Cancellations
We will not be able to cancel orders once processing has begun. As a general rule of thumb, if you do not email us within 5 hours of placing your order, there is a high chance we will not be able to cancel it. Nonetheless, please email us at support@elvihome.com as soon as possible if you would like to request a cancellation.
Orders That Are Unable to Be Delivered
If a package is refused, unclaimed from the local post office, or cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout, additional fees may apply. In such cases, we may charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30–50% of the item’s value. We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping details when placing your order.
Separate Packages
If your package appears to be missing items, please do not worry. Orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to weight restrictions or to allow for faster delivery from different warehouse locations. Simply email us at support@elvihome.com and we will take care of it right away.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped and tracking is available, we will send you an email with your tracking information. If 6 business days have passed and you have not received this email, please contact us at support@elvihome.com and we will check it for you right away.
