Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returned product must be in its original package and in new / unused condition to qualify for any refund. If the product has been installed already, make sure to put them back to the original package. Otherwise, we may not issue any refund or charge a restocking fee depending on the product condition.

Adequate quality goods are final sale. 

We only accept a return of damaged goods or goods distinctly different from the description. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Please make sure you have the correct measurements before placing your order. We can help providing any information needed to ensure you will receive the correct item.

If the product you received is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days upon receipt of your items together with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item as well.

Attention: Please, do not return the parcel post to the address specified on a parcel, it is not the address for return. If you sent goods without notice of Support Service, such goods are not accepted. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
