At Elvi Home, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. Therefore, we have implemented a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:

  •  1. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received it.
  • 2. All tags, labels, accessories, and manuals should be included with the return.
Non-returnable items:

 

  • 1. Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they have arrived damaged or defective.
  • 2. Any product that has been modified, installed, or used in any way.
  • 3. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
  • 4. Perishable goods, such as food or flowers, are not eligible for return due to their nature.
  • 5. Gift cards and downloadable software are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Process:

  • 1. Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. You can reach us via email at support@elvihome.com
  • 2. Provide your order number and relevant details about the item you wish to return. This will help us process your request more quickly.
  • 3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the closest location to ship the return.
  • 4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • 5. Ship the package back to our designated return address. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • 6. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will begin to process the return, which will take 3 business days.

Refund Processing:

  • 1. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
  •  2. The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item minus shipping charges.
  •  3. You can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations:

If your order has not shipped, you may request a cancellation up to 3 hours after placing. Bear in mind that if the order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it. If this happened to you, do not worry! Simply follow our return policy and return your item once you receive it.
