ORDER
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for your convenience.
If your order has not shipped, you may request a cancellation up to 5 hours after placing it. Bear in mind that if the order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it. If this happens, do not worry! Simply follow our return policy and return your item once you receive it.
Please be aware that there is a 5% cancellation fee applied to all cancellations. This fee covers the transaction processing costs that are not refunded to us by Shopify and Stripe when we process a cancellation.

Yes, most of our light fixtures can be customized to suit your needs. We can adjust the length of the power cords and modify the light's emitting color. Please contact us at support@elvihome.com for more information.
Please note that customized items are non-refundable, so make sure to review your options carefully before placing your order.
Most of our light fixtures come with a limited two-year warranty. If you experience any issues within this period, please contact us at support@elvihome.com. We will evaluate the problem and provide replacement parts free of charge.

We source products from a diverse range of vendors in the United States, Europe, and China. Our primary warehouse is located in China, which serves as the main distribution hub for most of our orders.
Our warehouse is working to get your order out as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship.
It depends on where you are. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 15-20 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Europe and China). Our inventory is distributed over multiple fulfilment centers around the world in order for you to receive the order faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive an item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once as the others are on the way. If you do not receive all your purchase within 8 weeks, please contact us to look into your shipment.

Duties and taxes are calculated and charged by customs officials in your country. As such, they are beyond our control. As the importer of goods, you are responsible for duties, taxes, and any other charges that your country chooses to impose for the import.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Please visit our Return Policy page for more information or contact us at support@elvihome.com
- 1. Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they have arrived damaged or defective.
- 2. Any product that has been modified, installed, or used in any way.
- 3. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- 4. Perishable goods, such as food or flowers, are not eligible for return due to their nature.
- 5. Gift cards and downloadable software are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Unfortunately, customized items cannot be returned. Since these products are tailored specifically to your preferences, they are non-refundable. Please ensure you’re happy with your customization choices before completing your order.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item minus any shipping charges.
You can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method, which will be credited back accordingly.
